Listings are not an offer
Information about suites, availability, rents, features and the building is provided in good faith and may change without notice. Nothing on this website is an offer of a tenancy or a contract. A tenancy exists only under a written lease signed by you and Jimmy Homes, and the lease takes precedence over anything published here.
Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee a tenancy. We assess every application on the same criteria and in line with Alberta’s Residential Tenancies Act and Alberta Human Rights Act.
Photography
Exterior images show the building at 15404 21 Street NW. Interior photographs show representative finishes; layouts, finishes and views vary from suite to suite. Please view a suite before you sign a lease for it.
Notices and requests sent through this website
A maintenance request or notice to vacate sent through this website reaches us by email. We confirm what we receive by replying to you. If you do not hear from us within two business days, please email us directly at info@jimmyhomes.ca.
